Kampus Konnect is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all users.
This policy outlines our safety procedures and reporting guidelines as required

Our Commitment to Safety

Kampus Konnect prioritizes user safety by enforcing strict policies against harmful
behavior, including sexual violence, harassment, and other conduct that threatens
personal or public well-being.

• Zero Tolerance for Sexual Violence & Threats – Engaging in non-consensual sexual conduct is against our rules and the law, with consequences that include legal action and permanent bans.
• Collaboration with Law Enforcement – We cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate and respond to valid legal requests.
• Upholding Member Expectations – All users must follow our Member Expectations and Principles, ensuring a respectful dating environment.

How to Report Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates Kampus Konnect’s guidelines:

1. Use the in-app reporting tool to submit a report.
2. Email our support team at contact@Kampuskonnect2.com.
3. Submitting false reports for malicious reasons violates our Terms and may result in
action against your account.

User Verification & Background Checks

Kampus Konnect uses verification measures to enhance security:

• SMS Verification & Identity Checks – Users may be required to complete photo ID verification in cases of suspected inauthentic accounts.
• Limited Criminal Background Checks – While we do not conduct full background checks, we screen against state sex offender registries where possible.
• No Foolproof System – No online verification method can guarantee complete safety, so users should always exercise caution.

Restrictions on Users with Criminal Records

Kampus Konnect prohibits anyone convicted of the following from using our platform:
• Felonies
• Sexual misconduct-related crimes
• Violence-related crimes
If we discover a user with a criminal history that makes them ineligible, their account will be
permanently banned.

Consequences for Violating Our Safety Rules

We take violations of our safety policies seriously. If a user is reported and found to have violated our Member Expectations and Principles or Terms of Use & Conditions, we take appropriate action:
1. Content Removal & Warnings – First-time or minor violations may result in content deletion and a warning.
2. Temporary Suspensions – Users may be suspended for repeated or moderate infractions.
3. Permanent Bans – Serious violations, including sexual misconduct, threats, or violence, will result in a permanent ban.

Colorado-Specific User Notifications

In compliance with Colorado law, we notify Colorado users via email if they have exchanged messages with a member who is banned for fraudulent behavior.
Fraudulent behavior includes:
• Attempts to obtain money, services, or valuables through deception.
• Use of false identities to manipulate or scam other users.
• Engaging in actions that indicate a significant risk of financial fraud.

Other than this legal requirement, Kampus Konnect protects user privacy and only discloses account information when legally obligated, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
